Led by Mel, a training therapist specialising in holistic wellness and trauma recovery, this intimate gathering offers a safe space for deep exploration and healing.
Drawing from years of experience and a compassionate approach, Mel will guide you through gentle somatic exercises that work with the body & subconscious mind designed to reconnect with your inner child, release past wounds, and create self-compassion. Through embodied practices and mindful awareness, you'll learn to nurture the younger parts of yourself, creating inner resilience, acceptance and emotional well-being.
