Inner Child Healing Retreat
The natural essence of The Child within every Adult is Carefree full of Aliveness & in deep Wonderment.
This undiluted state of being starts to fade away as we get entangled with the impressions we receive from our parents teachers and society at large.
As children we believed them to be True because our primary need was to Survive. We gave up our Authenticity in order to be Accepted.
In this process of fitting in subconsciously we started seeking approval by wearing masks also known as Defence Mechanisms to protect ourselves from pain and fear of more pain to come.
Inner Child Therapy focuses on reviving the lost spirit of The Child within by Re-parenting and fulfilling the Unmet needs through various De-conditioning processes Creative Expression Meditation and Play.
