So many of us carry wounds from childhood moments where we felt unseen, unheard, or unloved and these old stories often continue to shape our lives in ways we don’t even realize.
In this powerful experience, you’ll be safely held and supported as you:

💫 Release emotional blocks that have been stored in the body for years
💫 Gently dissolve limiting beliefs rooted in early experiences

Through conscious connected breathing, soothing music, guided visualization, and ecstatic dance you’ll drop into a space where true healing can happen deep within the body, the mind and the spirit.
This will be a profoundly deep and transformative journey one that may stir powerful emotions, but ultimately leads to release, freedom, and a renewed sense of self.

Allow yourself to be guided back home to the little one within you who is still waiting to be held, seen, and loved.
WHO IS THIS EVENT NOT FOR?
This session may involve strong emotional responses, physical sensations, or shifts in awareness. Clients are always in control and encouraged to listen to their bodies and take breaks when needed, the following information is provided to make you aware of the risks associated with participating in breathwork activities. Persons with certain medical conditions should avoid this activity until advice has been sought from their medical practitioner. Please note the following list is not comprehensive and it is your responsibility to ensure breathwork is suitable for you.
Cardiovascular conditions
History of heart attack, high blood pressure or angina
Glaucoma or retinal detachment
Recent serious injury or surgery
Any conditions that require you to take medication to assist lowering blood pressure
Any condition that requires you to take medication to assist with breathing
History with PTSD, panic attacks or psychosis
Family history of aneurysms
Currently pregnant
Seizure disorders

Because of the nature of this event the tickets are non-refundable, however the tickets are transferrable until 6th of November.
Age limit is 18 years and older
A health screening form will be sent out the week of the event in a private face book group. The health screening form is compulsory to be able to attend.
