We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and clarity for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy for our events:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event start time will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the event start time will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event start time are non-refundable.
- Credits for future events may be offered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you'd like to request a credit, please email us at [email protected].
