Inner Canvas: Sound Bath, Reiki, and Affirmation Jar Workshop

Join us at Inner Canvas: A Soulful Gathering for an evening of deep inner connection. Using the healing modalities of reiki and sound bath, combined with artistic expression, and (optional) oracle cards and tea, we will release blocks that are holding us back from connecting with our inner guidance or intuition, and leave feeling restored, relaxed, and deeply connected to self. Exchange: $50 + fees

• Yoga Mat
• Blanket

• Bolster or rolled towel for under your knees (optional)
