This offering weaves sound healing, meditation, breathwork, and energy healing into a journey you will never forget.
The structured wave format of the soundscape drops participants into a waking R.E.M. state, conducive to deep healing and transformational work.
Participants may enter non-ordinary states of consciousnesses safely and sober. These new perspectives are useful for healing and integrating our typical fragmented awareness.
Some may experience penetrating insight, visions, physical sensations and/or waves of connected bliss. Others may feel laughter and/or tears as they experience the integration of polarities. Each journey varies from visit to visit and person to person.
We surrender and heal together in this space.

About your guide:
Chelsea is a somatic guide, mentor and artist. She is devoted to using movement, voice and breath to create a stronger, clearer connection to Self, the Earth and God. Chelsea grew up as a dancer, singer and actress, and went on to graduate with a BFA in Theatre from Cal Arts. Her theatrical talent has been featured in collaboration with the likes of The American Repertory Theatre, RedCat, as well as reigning the improv/standup scene in LA. Her voice has also earned her an international voiceover acting career.
Caught in the dream of her presumed success, life eventually woke her up to the painful challenges and traumas in her personal life that had been dismissed since childhood. Once aware, her path became one of remembering and preserving truth. She immersed herself in a variety of healing modalities, ceremonies, spiritual traditions, and psychotherapy work. She has taught herself to transmute traumatic events in her life through energetic attunement and nervous system regulation. Chelsea holds sacred containers for groups and exclusive 1:1 clients. She regularly facilitates The Space, Breathwork and Somatic Ecstatic Dance.
