Inland Valley Wildcats objectives are to give every youth an opportunity to participate and develop skills and motivate athletes to improve and develop attributes strong bodies & minds self-discipline self-esteem and high moral standards enhances and prepares youth with an edge for the next level in sports which are essential to learning and improving in youth track & field (as well in all sports) and as we go through the day to day changes with Covid compliance and following protocol guidelines to ensure and keep all healthy and safe and hope you choose to be a part of it. We welcome youth from the following communities: Banning Beaumont Canyon Lake Hemet Homeland Menifee Nuevo Perris Romoland San Jacinto & Winchester. Dynamic and static stretching - speed work - velocity - acceleration - deceleration - linear and lateral movement techniques - proper form running mechanics - explosion - plyometrics - footwork - fast twitch muscle training - muscle memory - Conditioning with focus on upper body lower body & core - body discipline and control.
