About this Event
We're already halfway through the year, which means we're prescribing you a Sunday reset session at the wonderful Arvo Saunas in Walthamstow. Think: a glorious few hours to properly exhale, warm up from the inside out, and check in with yourself before the new week begins.
Arvo has only just hit the sauna scene in London, and it's a good one. Fitted with two large traditional Finnish saunas running at 80–90°C and three ice baths at 10°C, 7°C and 5°C, you're in for some proper restoration, both mentally and physically.
After your sauna session, we'll then come together for a 30-minute journaling and reflection session. Nothing too structured, just a few prompts to help you close out the week with a bit more clarity.
Haven't tried a sauna before? No worries! The whole point is that you go at your own pace and do what feels right for you.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior at 4:15pm to allow time to get changed and settle into the space. We'll be starting promptly, so please don't be late!

*NOTE: Please bring a towel, a swimsuit or shorts, and flip flops if you have them. We'd also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. We'll provide paper and pens for journaling, but if you have a notebook or journal you love - feel free to bring it along too!
