About the Art Exhibit:
This special art exhibit is part art show and part educational experience. It will feature ten different artists and thirty ink paintings. These paintings are all made with ink produced from locally foraged plants and trees. You will be amazed at the variety of rich coloured inks that can be made from plant and tree materials found right here in Richmond Hill. Discover and learn what colours can be made from black walnut, sumac, wild grape, acorn caps, goldenrod, beech leaves, and buckthorn and then marvel at the ink paintings that featureshowcase how this ink can be used to create art.
