Don’t get injured!Join us for this course to learn techniques to keep from getting hurt while climbing and to better assess and send problems in the gym. This clinic, taught by Corey Raucheisen, RYT 200 will include warm-up and stretching techniques, foundational fitness for core strength and climbing conditioning. Better preparation and knowledge will help you dial in the moves to send your project! Meet us in the yoga room for the class.
Participants must be 14 years or older. This clinic is $10 for River Rock members, which will be applied to the next month’s dues if you attend the class, $20 for non-members (day pass and rental gear not included). Registration is required as space is limited.
