About this Event
Join the team with Life's 2 Short Fitness for a special clinic specific to female runners with Select Physical Therapy!
Our PT will review common trouble spots for runners, strength training for runners to focus on, and help the group assess individual areas to work on to stay healthy especially as we head into the winter months.
Afterwards put to practice what you learned on a run for all paces through sunset and the full moon rising!
About the run:
Coach Christine will lead a 60 minute out and back run at your most comfortable pace. Bring a watch or phone capable of setting a 30-minute timer.
Everyone will turn around when they hit 30 minutes, so your distance will vary. Coach Christine will stay at the back of the pack's most comfortable pace. Faster runners are invited to go ahead as long as they have their own timing device.
