Injury Prevention and Athletic Mobility Clinic

Join Rehab 2 Perform (R2P) and Arlington Sports Conditioning (ASC) on Sunday, May 5 at 9-10 am for a live clinic on how to reduce pain, prevent injuries, and enhance your athletic mobility.

The clinic will be held at R2P's Tyson's Corner location. You will learn and perform a variety of recovery exercises, utilizing your body weight, in addition to massage guns, lacrosse balls, foam rollers, and other mobility tools.

There will also be time for Q&A and discussion about best-practices for injury prevention and athletic mobility.
