About this Event
This event is open to all attendees of the 2024 RSA scientific meeting. RSVP is required.
The Integrative Neuroscience Initiative on Alcoholism (INIA) Consortia, funded by NIAAA collectively studies animal models to advance our understanding of brain mechanisms that underlie the effects of harmful alcohol intakes. INIAstress focuses on the etiology and consequences of the reciprocal relationship between stress and heavy drinking in rodent and primate models, with the ultimate goal to identify new strategies for the prevention and treatment of alcohol use disorder.
