Using breathwork and meditation, you will begin to establish a connection with your inner voice, your energetic system, the sensations in your body connected to emotions, past experiences, and tension, and a deepening of your own spirituality. You are your most capable healer, and you have all of the tools within you for deep, profound transformation.
Inhance Breathwork uses a trauma-informed breathwork technique certified by the world-renowned instructors of Owaken Breathwork. This holotropic-style technique is designed to safely guide you in to non-ordinary states of consciousness in order to tap in to your innate well-being potential, one breath at a time.
During a session you will learn to rewrite limiting beliefs, identify protective parts of yourself and how to work with them in your daily life, connect with your inner child, access your intuition, close mental loops, reconnect to your body, and so much more.
We will usually start with an activating breath followed by of a slower, restorative breath to access the innate intelligence of our bodies to release stored tension, stress, emotions, and trapped energy. The cadence of the breath may vary based on your unique, individual needs in each moment, which we can work through together.
