This is nervous system nourishment.Inhale...Exhale...DRUM is a 6-week therapeutic support group for adults experiencing anxiety who are ready to release tension and begin their journey home to their bodies. Through rhythm, breath, and connection, we’ll gently downshift from stress to calm.
Using the HealthRHYTHMS Evidence-Based Group Empowerment Drumming protocol, each session offers a safe space to:
Calm the stress response and rewire your sense of safety
Move anxious energy through your body without words
Explore rituals for regulation that you can take home
Feel seen, held, and honored — no fixing, no masks, just truth.
This space is especially for:
Neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or empathic folks
Individuals navigating high stress, burnout, or chronic worry
Those seeking somatic tools alongside traditional therapy
Anyone who feels like their nervous system is on overdrive
You don’t need to be a drummer. Just bring your presence. We’ll take it from there.
