A creative movement lab open to all curious movers, dancers and movement artists who wish to explore their creative kinetic potential.
This workshop focuses on increasing somatic awareness to the body in motion and its inherent potential for creativity, connection and sense-making. You will be guided into creative warm-ups, playing with movement coordinations and principles, improvisation scores that ignite the creative mover in you.
