Join us in celebrating nationally renowned artist, Ingrid Dee Magidson, at our upcoming exhibition Layers of Discovery. Magidson’s captivating works play with the essence of temporality, and what truly matters in our lives. This display of newly released artworks invite you to explore intricate visuals that resonate with your own perception of time. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet the artist.

Magidson’s artwork draws you in with its many layers, historical items, and powerful symbols of passing time. She gives new meaning to the techniques of layering mediums, creating pieces that tell stories over centuries, while inviting you to think about history and life's fleeting moments. A newly released series of Magidson’s will be on display, which focuses on the influence our loved ones have on the layers of our lives. When you look at Magidson’s artwork, it is truly the gift that keeps giving. From natural items, cloth, keys, painting, photographs, musical notes, and most often, butterflies, her artworks become a treasure chest for their viewers to find new elements decades later. This series pays tribute to the impact our spouses, family, friends, and even fur-children have on our own stories, and how they form the layers we are made of.

Based in Colorado, Magidson eagerly awaits the unique opportunity to meet with each of you in person, for a two-night exhibition opening. We look forward to celebrating together!
