About this Event
Those involved in bidding for public sector contracts where broader outcomes (including decarbonisation and climate change initiatives) are anticipated, together with their comms & marketing functions need to be able to authentically articulate and document all the moving parts of their organisations’ sustainability journey.
In the battle for talent, their people and capability teams and learning and development teams need to also understand to assist with recruitment and retention of particularly younger staff, who like all stakeholders, are increasingly seeking meaning and purpose in their roles and want their employers and managers to be leading on these issues. Sustainability truly is the multidisciplinary leadership competency of our time for all levels and disciplines.
Come along and hear from representatives from the IS Council, CCNZ and Impac so as to better inform your organisations sustainability journey.
• CCNZ will outline the results of their recent sustainability survey within the Auckland branch and how their members are feeling about this issue
• The ISC team will talk about the wider context around increasing public sector focus on ESG and broader outcomes, those ISC members undertaking ratings on their projects and assets and the Waka Kotahi mandating policy. They’ll also outline how the IS Council can help you and your organisation both at the tender box and before in growing sustainable capability and understanding across your entire organisation.
• Impac will introduce their new sustainability capability to supplement their existing Health, Safety and Wellbeing offerings
Join us for a light breakfast and coffee while hearing from this compelling line-up of speakers.
