Homeowners should have received an email about the new roundabout to be installed in 2026 by the city at the main entrance off Hazel Dell. We have scheduled a meeting 1/8/26 at 6 pm at Venture Church (Door 2) with Council members & engineering staff for us to hear more details & ask questions about this roundabout project. Please plan to attend. It will also be live streamed so contact Laura at Ardsley Mgmt (317-259-0383 x 231) if you need the link. Questions about the project can be directed to POA Board member Peter 317-509-3342. Sign boards (at both entrances) will also announce the meeting. Hope to see neighbors at the 1/8/26 meeting.
