INFORMATION EVENT TRANSFORMING CARE
The Learning Disability and Autism Health Equalities Team, who work on behalf of the ICBs and Local Authorities of Southend, Essex and Thurrock (SET) and The Essex Alliance, the three Parent Carer Forums across SET Essex would like to invite you to an Information Event on Transforming Care across SET Essex Footprint.
Who is the event for?
The event is aimed at the voluntary sector, so charities and local organisations across the SET Essex footprint who support children, young people (CYP) and their families who have autism and or a learning disability.
What is transforming Care?
Transforming care is all about improving health and care services for CYP who have autism and/or a learning disability, so that more CYP can live in the community, with the right support, and close to home. Within SET Essex this programme of work is delivered by the Learning Disability/Autism Health Equalities Team. The event will be an information-sharing event, to ensure that charities and local organisations that support families, have the information needed to support their families. The day will involve speakers from:

Attendees must be linked to a registered charity or organization.
9.30 welcome and networking
10am start and finish at 2pm
Tea and coffee will be provided.
