Sead Ahmetovic
Sead Ahmetovic is the CEO and Co-founder of WeAreDevelopers, an organization dedicated to empowering tech talents and accelerating their careers. Christoph Nicola
Meet Christoph, the co-founder of Tilta, a leading B2B fintech platform that simplifies payment terms and boosts e-commerce transactions through its API-First Buy-Now-Pay-Later solution. With a background in Corporate Finance and Strategy Consulting, Christoph spent the first 10 years of his career involved in capital raises, IPO's and M&A. He then moved into the Berlin start-up world, initially at Zalando, and caught the fintech bug six years ago when fintech was not yet hot in the payment- and small-business lending space. At Tilta, he takes care of everything related to Finance, Data Analytics, Debt capital, and Risk & Collections, together with his fantastic team. Christoph is a data-driven CFO who believes in a business partner mindset and helping small businesses thrive. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and kids, exploring Berlin's food scene, playing tennis, and cheering for his favourite football team.

Julia Biro
Head of Developer Relations at Infobip by day, half of Developer Avocados Weekly by night. Julia deeply cares about developer communities and building a great developer experience from the ground up. She is passionate about creating a DevRel team and strategy that best serves their developer communities.
Mike Elsmore
Mike has been causing chaos on the internet for more than a decade, he’s been around to see a lot happen (and sometimes help it along). He loves building and learning in the open and sharing what he gains along the way via streams and other means.
Nikola Pavesic
Born and raised in Croatia, studied in Italy, Switzerland and the UK, with tenure in Tanzania and Japan. Nikola has worked in the public sector for the UN which is how he originally arrived in Japan in 2011. He has worked in tech for a long time - he ran startups and worked with Nikkei in Tokyo. Nikola is currently leading the Startup Ecosystem department at Infobip and supporting tech ecosystems around the world.
