Workshop 1: Foundations, Value & Brand Alignment
Learn how to think like an influencer and content creator by understanding your value, your niche, and the type of audience you want to reach. We’ll cover how to align with local businesses and organizations in a way that feels authentic and mutually beneficial, and how to use simple strategic planning to define your goals, partnerships, and basic ROI (what “success” looks like for you). By the end, you’ll have clarity on your personal brand, the kinds of experiences you want to promote, and how to claim your space as an expert in that lane.
Workshop 2: Titles, Hooks & Captions That Convert
This session dives into the language of influence: how you title your content, write hooks, and craft captions that stop the scroll and invite engagement. You’ll practice writing strong video titles, hooks for Reels, and captions that tell a story, highlight value, and include clear calls to action. We’ll also talk about how to present yourself in live interactions and Stories so your voice and personality feel consistent and trustworthy across platforms.
Workshop 3: Content Creation – Angles, Light, Action
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn what to capture and how: camera angles, lighting, framing, and basic on-the-go shooting techniques for Reels and short-form video. We’ll walk through what makes content visually appealing, how to film experiences with local businesses so they feel real and inviting, and how to use simple tools and apps to put your Reels together. You’ll leave with templates and a basic shot list you can reuse for different locations and collaborations.
Workshop 4: Posting Strategy, Partnerships & Metrics
The final session focuses on when and how to post, how often to share, and how to repurpose content across platforms.
