Join us for a morning full of movement & good food!
You loved our brunch club so much, we want to make this a regular thing. The morning will start by settling in with a mimosa or non alcoholic beverage, finding a mat & mingling!
Then we will take you through a 45 minute mat pilates burn, followed by a 20 minute stretch & release. After your movement we will provide you with a brunch grazing spread featuring lots of fresh options plus some treats, plus a barista made coffee or hot beverage of your choice.
Sit and mingle and enjoy a wholesome Sunday morning. We can't wait to see you there!
