This series of Infinite Women sessions will be looking at Radical Forgiveness & Reiki. With Karen Martyniuk
Radical Forgiveness is A Five Stage Process to Heal Relationships, Let Go of Anger and Blame, and Find Peace in Any Situation.
This session will be at CORE 3 Wellness Centre, Watkin Lane, Lostock Hall, Preston on Tuesday 15th October from 7pm to 9pm
Karen has seen how Radical Forgiveness has worked wonders in her own life and is keen to share how the teachings from Colin Tipping can have such a profound effect on our lives.
Often people feel that Forgiving others for their transgressions, or abuse means that you are letting them “Off the Hook” or making it easy for them, but in fact, the act of forgiveness is more about helping ourselves to heal from awful situations or trauma.
Karen has had her own experiences of coming to terms with trauma and knows how empowering Radical Forgiveness can be.
The teachings shared by Colin Tipping can have a profound, life changing effect and Karen will share how Radical Forgiveness takes traditional forgiveness and goes one big step further, a radical step further, resting on this following principle - that everything that happens, happens to us for a reason, and could be Divinely guided.
Radical Forgiveness requires us to look at the pain of our experience through a completely different lens. All that is needed is to be willing to be open to the possibility that there might be a reason for everything that ever happens to you.
Karen will share the Five Stages of Radical Forgiveness and will have some RF worksheets available for you to complete yourselves either in the session or to take away and do at home.
We will also look at how Reiki can be used to help with the healing process connected to forgiveness.
Infinite Women sessions are just £10 for an hour with the Guest Speaker, refreshments and time for socialising and having fun.
