Max Huberdeau is a Vancouver-based jazz pianist, composer and drummer. His playing and writing for piano trio takes particular inspiration from soulful, lyrical and progressive pianists such as Keith Jarrett and Aaron Parks. He is excited to bring to Frankie’s a program of intriguing original compositions and canny arrangements of classic jazz repertoire. He is honored to be joined by local jazz warriors - Joe Poole on drums, and Dan Howard on bass.Frankie's After Dark takes place every Friday and Saturday at Frankie's Jazz Club in downtown Vancouver and is curated by Tim Reinert of Infidels Jazz. Shows start at 11:00PM and tickets are $10.
