From weddings and corporate events to family and branding sessions, she focuses on capturing the true essence of people. A former family and divorce lawyer, she brings a unique perspective to her work, focusing on the joy in every moment. Elle is also a mentor and speaker, often tapped to share her expertise on critical topics such as contracts, strategic client communications, and copyright issues.
SHAUN TEAUGE is the founder and creative visionary behind Cue the Champagne Event Planning and Design, a premier wedding and event planning company renowned for crafting luxury experiences. With years of expertise, Shaun has become a leader in the industry, known for her impeccable attention to detail, innovative design concepts, and ability to transform her clients' visions into reality. Her approach is deeply personal—she believes in building meaningful relationships with her clients to create events that authentically reflect their unique stories. Under her leadership, Cue the Champagne has grown into a top-tier event planning company, recognized for its seamless execution, thoughtful design, and unwavering commitment to delivering unforgettable weddings and celebrations. Shaun’s passion for storytelling through event design continues to inspire both her team and her clients.
MARC JOHNSON is the owner and designer of Fiorella Nashville, a luxury floral design company. Originally from Mayfield, Kentucky, Marc has a deep passion for the floral industry, believing that flowers can uplift, inspire, and connect people in remarkable ways. Marc's journey into the hospitality industry began in 2013 when he joined Cooper's Hawk Restaurant & Winery in Tampa, Florida. His move to Nashville was driven by a job opportunity with the Sales & Marketing team at the Sheraton Grand Downtown Nashville in 2015. Over the years, Marc's passion for event design grew, leading him to establish Fiorella Nashville, where he could fully express his creativity and love for flowers.
At Fiorella Nashville, Marc focuses on creating stunning floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday celebrations. He believes in allowing each flower to radiate independently, much like stars in a clear night sky¹. Marc's appreciation for beauty extends beyond flowers; he enjoys all forms of art, cooking, fashion, and exploring local flower markets.
RACHAEL HAISTEN is the Event Sales Manager at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various social events, including weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Before joining Four Seasons, Rachael worked as a Manager of Wedding Sales & Catering at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville. Her extensive experience in the hospitality and events industry has equipped her with a deep understanding of client needs and event logistics.
TARA MELVIN is the Creative Director and visionary behind Signature Concepts LLC, a premier event planning firm based in the Washington DC area. With over 20 years of experience, Tara has established herself as an award-winning event planner known for her innovative and bold approach. Tara is also the founder and producer of The Signature CEO Conference, a platform for event professionals to gain insights and to elevate their business acumen. Additionally, she is the founder and President of The National Society of Black Wedding & Event Professionals (NSBWEP), the first and only wedding/event association for Black professionals in the industry. She has been recognized as one of BizBash's Top Industry Innovators and one of the Top 500 Most Influential Event Professionals by BizBash.
