Immersion theatre is an experiential form of performance art where the audience becomes an active participant in the story rather than just passive observers.
Unlike traditional theatre where the action happens on a stage, immersion theatre blurs the lines between performers and spectators, often taking place in non-traditional venues such as warehouses, abandoned buildings, or even outdoor locations.
Audience members are encouraged to interact with the performers and environment, influencing the direction of the narrative and their own experience.
This form of theatre aims to create a deeply engaging and memorable experience by immersing participants in a fully realized world where they are integral to the unfolding story.
