Indulge your senses and open your heart with a unique experience in honor of World Chocolate Day! Join me for a 90-minute journey of relaxation and indulgence with a heart-centered cacao ceremony and soothing sound bath. Immerse yourself in the magic of ceremonial chocolate as we honor cacao in a shamanic journey filled with bliss and tranquility. Unwind, connect, and uplift your spirit in this unforgettable experience.Ceremonial cacao will be blended with tea created specially for this ceremony and local honey for your indulgent sipping. The cacao ceremony will center around our connection to and gratitude for mother earth and the sun. We will do a guided heart-opening meditation while sipping cacao followed by:
1 hour of relaxing and rejuvenating live music with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, wind gong, drum and more.
For your comfort, please bring any combination of the following: a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolster, warm socks, and an eye mask to create a cozy "nest" to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
If the floor is not for you, please bring a comfy collapsible chair, i.e. a gravity lawn chair.
There is no such thing as too much, bring whatever you will need to be comfortable for an hour of limited movement. I want you to have the best possible experience.
It's recommended to avoid alcohol and other substances for at least 24 hours before and after the sound bath.
Note-worthy: an eye mask can help to block out extra sensory input, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the sound and vibration. You will get cold, bring a warm blanket (everyone gets cold, even during warm weather).
