Summit House will host two exclusive Chef’s Table dinners this November on Wednesday November 5 at 6:30 pm and Wednesday November 19 at 6:30 pm. Limited to just four seats each evening this intimate experience places guests directly at the kitchen counter to watch Executive Chef AJ Capella prepare and present a one-night-only tasting menu.
Guests will enjoy a front-row experience featuring seasonal dishes not available on the main menu with the option to add wine pairings by Summit House Sommelier Bobby Snyder. Throughout the evening guests will interact with the chefs and learn firsthand about each dish and its seasonal ingredients.
The Chef’s Table is priced at $165++ per person with an optional wine pairing available for $55+. Reservations must be made in advance through the Summit House Resy page.
