We want to discuss what went well and what could be better.
This is a chance to review patient information leaflets and make a positive change to maternity services.
Up to 25 places are available at this session.
Babies and children are welcome - play mat and toys provided,
Snacks and refreshments to enjoy.
This will be a safe space to discuss experiences
