Course Description
The Induction 2 Care (Blended) Training Scheme involves 23 Healthcare Mandatory Courses provided by Passion4Training an Approved Training Provider in Birmingham. This scheme is suitable for new and existing individuals or staff that are wanting to or are already working in the care sector.
Passion4Training is proud to offer this New Induction 2 Care Scheme. Classroom training will take place at our Birmingham Training Centre in Edgbaston. All our classroom courses delivered at our Birmingham Training Centre are for small groups and we only allow a maximum of 6 learners as we want to ensure all Learners are provided with personalised and individual support from our experienced trainers. The Blended Learning element of this course will be provided on our eLearning training platform and Learners will be provided with access to the platform within 24 hours of purchase.
Our trainers have many years of experience within the healthcare sector providing specialist and mandatory training to healthcare providers these include Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, Supported Living Services, and Healthcare Staffing Agencies.
Learners will be expected to attend 3 days of classroom training completing accredited mandatory healthcare training courses and there is a blended learning element where learners are required to complete 14 hours of self-directed study on our online training platform.
Certificates will be issued individually for all training courses completed and a Final Certificate of Achievement will also be issued to Learners that have completed all the required accredited courses as part of the Passion4Training Induction 2 Care Scheme.

Accreditation
All courses are individually accredited by The CPD Accreditation Group or HTN Gold Standard Compliance. The Passion4Training Induction 2 Care Scheme is internally awarded by Passion4Training.
Assessment Methods
The course is assessed through group work, discussions, exercises and knowledge tests and the practical demonstration for Basic Life Support and Moving and Handling of People and Objects. Learners must successfully pass all assessments to be awarded the accredited certifications.
For the eLearning courses learners will be expected to complete the interactive content and the required knowledge tests at the end of the courses and achieve 75% and above to receive their certificates instantly. Unlimited attempts are provided for all Knowledge Tests.
Certification
Learners will receive accredited individual certificates for all completed courses. The Passion4Training Induction 2 Care Scheme certificate is internally awarded by Passion4Training, and Learners will receive the certificate of achievement for fully completing all courses in the Scheme.

* Your safety is important to us and We aim to provide as much notice as possible if a Training Session has to be cancelled by email however due to the current situation with COVID19 training sessions could be cancelled at short notice (on the day) if the allocated trainer has symptoms of coronavirus, has been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus or the trainer receives a positive test result for coronavirus.
We will endeavour to arrange for another trainer to deliver the following course however in the event we cannot arrange another trainer to deliver the training session we will reschedule your course to another date available and we apologise in advance if this happens. You will receive an email with full details as soon as possible and therefore please do check your inbox and junk/spam folders. The on-site staff at the CIBA building will be informed and a notice will be available on our centre door.
