Mange af os har aldrig lært hvordan vi kommer i kontakt med vores følelser: vores indre barn.
Dit indre barn er kort sagt dine følelser. De to hænger sammen, for vores følelser bliver ikke ældre end ca. 3 år gammelt. Det er bl.a. derfor det nogle gange kan føles som om der kommer en barnlig reaktion på en situation når vi er triggered. Det er simpelthen fordi vi bliver til børn når følelserne tager overhånd.
Dit indre barn er dig som barn, et lille væsen der stadig bor inde i dig, som du kan få kontakt til. Ved at få kontakt til dit indre barn, kan du bedre mærke dig selv, dine følelser, grænser m.m.
— Hvad kan du forvente? —
Til denne session guider jeg dig først helt ned i kroppen og så kommer du på en visualiseringsrejse, hvor du får lov til at møde dit indre barn og komme i kontakt med de følelser der bor inde i dig. Vi runder aftenen af med meditation, hvor du får mulighed for at møde dig selv, lige hvor du er - lige som du er.
Du får mulighed for at gå fra denne session med svar på f.eks.:
▪️Hvordan har jeg det egentlig lige nu?
▪️Hvad har jeg mest brug for?
▪️I hvilke områder af mit liv har jeg negligeret mig selv?
▪️Hvordan tager jeg mig bedst muligt at mig selv?
▪️Hvad fortæller min indre stemme mig?
Du behøver ikke at have tidligere erfaring med Indre Barn eller meditation for at være med. Eventet er åbent for alle.

Mit navn er Aline og jeg er mange ting, heriblandt: traumeterapeut og spaceholder.
Som navnet 'spaceholder' indikerer er det en der holder rum, hvilket er det jeg gør når jeg bl.a. faciliterer Indre Barn. Når jeg holder rum gør jeg det fra et sted af helhed og kontakt, mine sessioner opstår derfor spontant i dette Nu og varierer alt efter hvem der er tilstede i rummet da det foregår intuitivt.
De rum jeg holder handler ikke om at fikse eller ændre noget, men bare være fuldstændig tilstede med det som allerede er. Det er et rum uden præstation, uden rigtigt og forkert og med fokus på bare at være.
Det handler derfor ikke om at være fri for tanker eller følelser, men om at vågne op til dem. Rumme dem, se dem og vide at man er mere end dét.
Rummet er åben for alle, ligemeget ens erfaring. Det kræver ingen forudgående viden eller andet, kun nysgerrighed.

Connect with your emotions at Inner Child workshop
Many of us have never learned to connect with our emotions: our inner child.
Your inner child is basically your emotions. The two are connected as our feelings and emotions dont age past 3 years old. This is why we sometimes feel like we react childishly in a situation where we’re triggered. It’s simply because we actually become children when our feelings take over. Your inner child is you as a child who still exists within you and whom you can connect with. By connecting with your inner child you’ll be able to better feel yourself, your feelings, boundaries etc.
— What can you expect? —
In this session I’ll first be guiding you deep into your body and then I’ll take you on a visualization journey, where you get to meet your inner child and connect with the emotions that live within you.
We’ll round off the evening with meditation where you’ll have the opportunity to meet yourself right where you are and right as you are.

You don’t need previous experience with inner child or meditation to join this session. The event is open to any and everyone.
— Your facilitator —
My name is Aline , and I am many things, among them: trauma therapist and spaceholder.As the name spaceholder indicates, it is someone who holds space—which is what I do when I facilitate Inner Child. When I hold space, I do it from a place of wholeness and presence. My sessions therefore arise spontaneously in the Now and vary depending on who is present in the room, as the process is intuitive.
The space I hold is not about fixing or changing anything, but simply about being fully present with what already is. It is a space without performance, without right or wrong, with the focus simply on being. It is therefore not about being free from thoughts or emotions, but about awakening to them; holding them, seeing them, and knowing that you are more than that.
The space is open to everyone, regardless of experience. It requires no prior knowledge or preparation—only curiosity.
