Indrani Perera is a Sri Lankan/German/Australian poet, mentor and author of the poetry collections Defenestration and pas de deux.
Indrani's poems have appeared on receipts at Yarra Libraries in Naarm, the big screen at Northbridge Piazza in Boorloo and on phones for Red Room Poetry at the Melbourne Writers Festival.
Her poetry has been widely anthologised and published in literary journals in Australia, India and the USA including Australian Poetry Journal, Cordite, Eye to the Telescope, hākārā, Not Very Quiet and Science Write Now. It has been longlisted for the Frontier OPEN and shortlisted for prizes including the University of Canberra Vice-Chancellor’s Prize and the Nillumbik. Indrani regularly performs on the open mic and she was a National Guest Poet at the Perth Poetry Festival.

Hazel Hall is an Australian poet, musicologist, editor and international judge of short forms. Hazel holds a PhD from Monash University. She has travelled widely while pursuing her musicological studies. In 2012 she formed the School of Music Poets through the Australian Poetry’s Cafe Poets programme. The group collaborated with various musicians, artists, and poets from Australia and overseas to produce ekphrastic poetry chapbooks. Hazel also directed the monthly Poetry readings at Manning Clark House from 2018-2022. Her poetry has been published and anthologized widely. She has produced four books, four chapbooks and co-published an anthology on climate change with poets Suzanne Edgar, Kathy Kituai and Sandra Renew as part of the School of Music Poets programme. Hazel has also published much musicological research including papers in The Oxford Book of Folklore and the Garland Encyclopaedia of World Music.
