Floating Aqua Sound Bath Experience - Energique Fitness AltonIndulge in profound relaxation during our water-floating sessions, where you’ll be immersed in tranquillity, floating in the pool and supported by the gentle embrace of water. Elevating your experience with the harmonious melodies of hand pan, crystal bowls, flute and chimes, creating an atmosphere of serene bliss.
These sessions aim to promote tranquillity, calmness, and deep rest, allowing you to delve into a restorative state of sleep or meditation.
In this private and tranquil setting, discover an ideal space for rejuvenation, relaxation and letting go of any stress or tension. These intimate sessions will be for a maximum of 12 people.
The swimming pool is indoors and a depth of between 1.3m & 1.5m the temparature is 32 degrees. The pool is accessed by pool ladders only.
These adult only sessions will be hosted by Sam from Sirenity Sound for The Soul and Energique Fitness.
Not suitable for attendees with Sound Induced Epilepsy, Pace Maker Fitted, First Trimester of Pregnancy, Severe Mental Illness or within 12 weeks of operation/surgery.
Please note that before booking that there are strictly no refunds or transfers available for this event. If you are unable to attend we are happy for you to sell your ticket to someone who is able to attend with prior notification.
