💰 Vendor fee: $60 includes a 12x12 space, 2 chairs & an 8 foot table. Vendors can bring additional racks, tables or chairs for their space.
🚨 Please go to the Winchester Sportsplex website https://vaaclubs.squarespace.com/home to register for this event.
Once I have received the form & make sure space is available, I will contact you for payment.
-Payment must be made before the event via PayPal, Venmo or Zell.
-We are accepting vendors/crafters only for this event. (No one selling clothing, shoes or kids toys)
-Vendors from the 2/15 event that sign up for 3/22 will be able to select a prime spot at set up.
💻The vendor line up will be posted on the Winchester sportsplex social media page to show the public who will be showcased.
-There will be a large kids consignment event (Rhea Lana) taking place in the facility on 3/22 as well which means high foot traffic for vendors🛍️
⏰ Vendors can set up at 8:30am to make sure they are prepared for the eager shoppers!
✅ Check in with Sheri Sheta once you arrive before setting up.
-This is a free event to the public
-Sheri Sheta or Winchester Sportsplex are the only point of contact for these vendor events. (FYI there are scammers on social media that will tell you they have space available & will try to collect payment)
Sheri Sheta will be taking all payments.
