• Start Time: 7:00 AM (first heat)

• Cost: $100 per participant

Race Components:

1. 2.5K Ski - Completed on a Concept 2 Ski Erg
2. 20K Bike - Powered through on a Concept 2 Bike Erg
3. 5K Run - Finished strong on an Assault Air Runner

Format:

• Heats every 1 hour and 15 minutes, starting at 7:00 AM
• 4 racers per heat, creating a dynamic and competitive setting
