Friday night racing is back! Those of you who have raced with us in the parking lot races are familiar with the format. Track opens at 6:30, drivers meeting 7:30. Races start following meeting. Anyone showing up before 6:30 will need to pay the daily track fee or have a monthly pass.
Classes:
Novice (can run any class below)
4WD Buggy Box Stock Brushed
4WD Buggy Brushless Modified
4WD SCT Box Stock Brushed
4WD SCT Brushless Modified
2WD Buggy Brushed Box Stock
2WD Buggy Brushless Modified
Rules are simple. Box stock is that. Keep your parts stock. You can change your batt connector on your ESC and run any 2S 7.4V Lipo. No HV lipos. Stock radio. Gear, fluid changes are allowed. Tire trimming is allowed.
Brushless classes are your mod classes. Mod away but keep it in its class. Buggy tires on buggies. Bodies must conform to the class. Batteries must be 7.4V lipos.
The intent of the brushed class is to keep things affordable and fun. We understand that we will have to make adjustments as the season goes on. You can’t have fun if you can’t race. We will identify the parts that should be allowed to be upgraded just for the sake of durability. But it will not turn in to a race to see who has the deepest pockets. (I know, bad for a business owner to say. Sue me.)

Fees:
$15 first class
$10 second class
$5 each additional class
Rentals available for $20 + Race Fee
Pit spaces are first come first serve. Space is limited so only racers in the pit areas. There is some room for more tables and chairs but be prepared to share some of your space. We will add more spaces for future races if the demand dictates.
More things about races.
-Park in back. The front doors will be locked at 7pm.
-Keep your pit boxes small. Bring what you need and leave the rest in your car. Get it as you need it. No rolling boxes or large bags!
-Leave your other trucks at home. Only the classes below will be allowed on the track.
-Bringing a couple of beers is ok, but don’t overdo it. If you are drunk, you’ll be asked to leave.
-Track rules will be explained at the drivers meeting. Be a good racer and follow the rules.
-Have fun. Leave your ego/frustration/bad attitude at the door. Remember my motto, “If it’s not fun, you’re doing it wrong”.
