We’re asking members, staff, and the wider community to help us raise much-needed funds and awareness for the Breast Cancer Foundation… And we’d love you to get involved! 🙏Every day, nine women are diagnosed with breast cancer in New Zealand. That’s 3,500 women every year (and approximately 25 men). Each year, more than 650 Kiwis die of breast cancer, making it the number one cause of death in women under 65.
This issue is something close to the hearts of several of our club team and customers. So, this year, we’ve decided to take a proactive step in the collective battle against cancer ⬇️

On Saturday 19 October, we’ve challenged ourselves to keep a spin bike moving for 12 consecutive hours between 8am – 8pm 🚴♀️🚴
And we’re looking for 24 amazing people to commit to tackling a 30-minute time slot whilst fundraising in the build-up to the event to help us reach our $3,500 target 🎯
If you’d like to be one of these 24, please add yourself as a participant via our givealittle event page. From there, you can set up your personal fundraising page and any money you raise will be sent directly to the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ 🎀

There’s no minimum fundraising commitment, although just $146 from each of the 24 participants would guarantee reaching our target!
Your preferred 30-minute time slot can be booked directly with our club team, with slots allocated on a first-come, first-served basis 🤝
For those who’d like to support but would prefer not to ride, you can donate directly to our event page or one of our participants.
We’ll also have collection buckets and Pink Ribbon merchandise for sale on-site during event day if you’d like to stop by and cheer on our participants! 🥳
