The Foundation & The Fine Arts Parent Committee invites you have be a vendor at our upcoming INDOOR CRAFT FAIR & ART MARKET on Saturday, November 22nd. Booster Club will be there too running concessions. Event Details:
Saturday, November 22nd from 10:00am – 4:00pm
OASIS HIGH SCHOOL GYM located at 3519 Oasis Blvd Cape Coral
Cost: $50 for Outside Vendors if paid before Oct 15th. $65 if paid after Oct 15.
$50 fee to be paid online at CapeCharterFoundation.com or via check by November 10th. Emails will be sent with direct link for payment and check instructions after this form is completed.
Set Up & Tear Down Details
Set up is from 8am to 10am on Saturday, 11/22, and booths must be ready by 10am.
Tear down begins at 4pm and must be complete by 6pm on Saturday, 11/22.
Logistical Details:
Cash can be collected and you keep 100% of what you make.
You are expected to staff your booth throughout the event.
Tables & Chairs are NOT provided.
Your booth may NOT sell food or water/soda, since our concessions stand will be open.
Vendors may only sell products as described and must be approved.
booth spots are available on a 1st come, 1st paid basis. Space is limited.
Once approved, the Foundation will contact you.
Applications must be submitted by FRIDAY, November 7th. Payment must be received by November 14th.
