Description
Spice up your meals! Known for it's complex flavors, including spicy, savory, sweet, salty, sour, and bitter, Indonesian food features familiar, fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. You'll pick up tips from our experts as you and your team make a savory cheese cracker; small crabcakes with ginger and lemongrass; spring rolls with ground chicken, mushrooms, thin noodles, and grated carrots; and a battered, fried banana. You'll enjoy sampling the dishes that you have made at the end of class. The meal will be served family-style.
For ages 18 & up. Tickets are priced per person.
21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
