Individual Business Information Meetings for Airport Advertising Services
On Feb. 4 and 5, the City of Phoenix Aviation Department is conducting individual Business Information Meetings for advertising operators and other interested parties, in preparation for the release of a competitive Revenue Contract Solicitation (RCS) for an Airport Advertising Program opportunity at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Interested parties are encouraged to register for a time slot to learn about the scope of the RCS opportunity and ask any questions regarding the process in a private setting.
EVENT SCHEDULE
- Feb. 4 - Individual Business Information Meeting Day #1: Register for the event by reserving a ticket and entering your company name, phone number and email address. A member from the Business and Properties team will contact you to register for the 1 hour session. Sessions will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Feb. 5 - Individual Business Information Meeting Day #2: Register for the event by reserving a ticket and entering your company name, phone number and email address. A member from the Business and Properties team will contact you to register for the 1 hour session. Sessions will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Registration is required in order to attend this event.
Registration will close on Monday, February 2.
This event is preferred to be in-person at the Aviation Headquarters building.
