About this Event
Step into an inspiring afternoon celebrating the rich traditions, stories, and artistry of Indigenous culture. On November 30, 2024, join us at Darkhorse Theatre in Nashville for an immersive experience featuring world-renowned musician, storyteller, educator, actor, and champion fancy dancer Larry Yazzie, alongside Nashville's own artist Trenton Wheeler and other talented Indigenous performers.
This family-friendly event promises an inspiring blend of traditional music, dance, and storytelling that brings to life the proud heritage of Native cultures. Gather with us to deepen your understanding of Indigenous history and culture, while also challenging the myths we've been told about the first Thanksgiving. This is a unique opportunity to celebrate the holiday weekend with heart, knowledge, and respect.
