This family-friendly gathering will feature engaging clinics, interactive demos, and exciting activities led by respected community figures, all designed to showcase sports and movement the Indigenous way. Whether you’re a young adult, a family, or simply someone who loves to stay active, come and experience the joy of movement while honoring Indigenous peoples. Enjoy a day filled with entertainment, learning, and celebration within a vibrant and inclusive environment.
