Come learn about and enjoy Indigenous Foods of the Great Lakes with Osa Chevalier and Dan Cornelius.Dan Cornelius is the Outreach Program Manager for the Great Lakes Indigenous Law Center at the University of Wisconsin, owner of Yowela Farm outside of Stoughton, and enrolled member of the Oneida Nation.
Osa Chevalier is an enrolled member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin and lead line cook at Seven Acre.
Together, Chevalier and Cornelius will curate an evening of delightful dining that features Native and indigenous foods of the Great Lakes.
This dinner is a fundraiser for Native Foods Network.
The details:
-Bar opens at 5pm.
-Dinner at 6pm. Dinner includes 5 courses.
-Tickets: $65 + 20% service charge and tax. Staff gratuity is not expected beyond this service charge.
-Alcoholic and N/A beverages available for purchase.
-The Eventbrite deposit is $30 per ticket. This will be subtracted from your final bill.
