Indigenise's GONA Training of Facilitators Experience

This immersive training experience will enhance your facilitation skills and help you become an effective change agent for your community or organization. This package will consist of three different portions, complete with self-paced online learning modules, a live online session, and 3.5 days of in-person training.

Please note: The October 7-10 (concurrent) dates are exclusively for the in-person training.The training days are designed to be concurrent and each day will build off each other, as a result you are require to attend all onsite days of the training. By signing up, you'll gain access to all components of the training package as described below.

Elevate your facilitation skills and become a catalyst for change in your community or organization with this immersive training experience. The package comprises three key components: online self-paced learning modules, a live online session, and 3.5 days of in-person training.

#1 — Gain access to Online Self-Paced Learning Modules, which will be available in early September. These modules are designed to be completed at your own pace, offering guided instruction to prepare you for the in-person training. It’s important to note that completing these modules is required before attending the face-to-face training.

#2 — Mark your calendar for the Live Online Session scheduled for October 1, 2024. This session will run from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. (EST) and will provide valuable insights and interactive discussions. Stay tuned for the link to join the online event, which will be shared soon. Additionally, the session will be recorded and made available for download.

#3 — Immerse yourself in the Face-to-Face training taking place from October 7 to October 10, 2024. Held at The Davis Nature Pavilion, Fenner Nature Center, Lansing, MI 48910, this training will offer hands-on learning and collaborative experiences to enhance your skills and knowledge further. These daily trainings are expected to last from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Stay tuned for the timeframes.

Trainees who complete the program gain access to digital and printed resources, including handouts, templates, PowerPoint presentations, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to participate in learning communities.
