Join Indiana Humanities and poet and educator Dr Adam Henze for a poetry instruction workshop at the Vigo County Public Library in Terre Haute on Wednesday, November 20th!
This workshop will focus on sharing strategies for creating and engaging inclusive poetry programming in classrooms. Adam will share important techniques including applying poetry lessons to state standards and curriculum planning as well as information regarding the state of Indiana's Poetry Out Loud competition.
This free workshop is open to all interested teachers, librarians, and writing instructors. Light refreshments will be available for registered attendees.
