The Indiana FireVets American Legion Post #911 invites you to participate in their 1st Annual 9/11 Ruck Walk in remembrance of those who gave their life in service to the events on September 11th, 2001.The event will open with a remembrance ceremony starting at 8 a.m. at the 9/11 Memorial, next to IFD Station 13.
Following the ceremony, we will form up to Ruck/Walk through downtown's other veteran monuments to the Soldiers and Sailors Monument on the Circle.
Ruck or walk, vest or no, join your brothers and sisters in honoring those that served.
Ruck will begin at approximately 0930.
