★ Welcome to the Hallway Contest of ICC 2025!!! ★❗PLEASE arrive 15-20mins to sign up at the location AND make any changes to your Cosplay if needed, allyou sign is Cosplay Name (or name of choice) and Character (whom your cosplaying as) THEN the fun begins! ❗
💮 Its simple! This contest is solely for those who are not eligible to enter ICC's main Cosplay Event. IN this contest it is only judged based on accuracy to the character you are doing, not by craftmanship. You MAY have commission or store buy (online too) your cosplay and still enter.
❌ ONLY 1 RULE : You may not enter if you have already entered the ICC Main Contest, this is for those who are not able to but still want to win something cool!!
