★ Welcome to the Hallway Contest of ICC 2025!!! ★💮 Its simple! This contest is solely for those who are not eligible to enter ICC's main Cosplay Event. IN this contest it is only judged based on accuracy to the character you are doing, not by craftmanship. You MAY have commission or store buy (online too) your cosplay and still enter.
