Chef Kanthi of Easy Tiger, brings you some new inspiration for your party platters this festive season.
About this Event

Chef Kanthi is passionate about his roots and founded the successful Indian street food kitchen at Easy Tiger, inspired by India's famous Toddy Shop street side bars. Easy Tiger has already won recognition as one of Brighton's Top Twenty Restaurants, so who better to bring you new inspiration for your party platters this festive season.

You will work in pairs to create our menu for the evening which typically includes:

  • Chicken Tikka kebabs
  • Vegetable pakoras
  • Masala fried fish
  • Tamarind chutney and lemon & mint raita
  • Masala peanuts

You will prepare the menu working in pairs, with Kanthi's guidance, then sit and eat together, with the option to bring your own drinks to enjoy alongside the meal.

What previous participants on Kanthi's classes said: "Kanthi was a great teacher & the food was amazing!" “I totally loved it… The atmosphere and the delicious food.” "I will definitely make this meal. Picked up some great tips."
