Hi Classmates!Mark your calendars and secure your reservations!
I’ve secured the location for our 40th class reunion. We will be in the lounge area and private room that is next to The Rafter’s Restaurant.
Due to the time and location, we will just be having hors d’oeuvres, tea, lemonade, and water. Since we are located next to the restaurant, they are allowing us to use the bartender in the bar of the restaurant for any adult beverages you may want to purchase.
The rental for the room and lounge area is $150.00. The hors d’oeuvres, tea, and lemonade…I’ll be doing my best to keep all of this under $250. These hors d’oeuvres are a bit pricey. No outside food or drink is allowed.
***There will be a block of rooms set aside for anyone wanting to reserve a room up to 30 days before our event. After that any unreserved rooms in our block will be released to the public.***
Feel free to get together before or after our reunion to have lunch or dinner.
I will do my best to update this event page as more information becomes available.
I’ll be taking donations at the event to cover the cost of the reunion. No upfront money needs to be mailed in.
Any money collected that supersedes the amount needed to cover the reunion costs will go into the IC84 Reunion Flower Fund.
I will invite the classmates that I have friended and I will need you to invite your classmates you have friended.
Some crashers might be fun, too.
